Reviews and Ratings
The hotel and pool area were clean, quiet, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in a contemporary design. The food in the restaurant was fine, offering quite a modern feel and ambiance throughout the hotel. The convenient location next door and the friendly staff added to a pleasant stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were exactly what we were looking for—light, airy, and attractively furnished. However, the proximity to the lift made for a noisy morning with people coming and going. The service was top-notch, and I didn't know downtown El Paso was such an interesting place to stay in. The dining experience was a bit disorganized but ended up quite good. The hotel's central location was a big plus, although my stay was marred by a raucous party that lasted all weekend. One of the lousiest dining experiences I've had but the restaurant staff were helpful. A bit expensive, but the facilities were decent.
